Pet Preform Production Unit The preform injection machines in Chemie Nasr Company are manufactured by Germays KRAUSS MAFFIE Co., one of the worlds leading manufacturers of injection machines whose products, from quality and production quantity point of view are among the best in the world. A special attention is also paid to the design and production of our molds. The above mentioned machineries are hired in combination with a wide range of molds, giving Chemie Nasr the capability to produce nine sizes of preforms with a comprehensive weight range i.e. from 21g to 47g.The very special shapes of our preforms and their optimized length and thickness causes noticeable energy saving during the blowing process, compared with other products in the market.

The feed back we have received from our customers so far, indicates very very low production loss. Thanks to our modern machineries and our very strict standards in the sourcing of our raw materials, our preforms release lower amount of Acetaldehyde during bottle production and meet the international standards.( Excessive Acetaldehyde, other than adversely chaging the flavor of product, in long term will cause different health problems).

Cap (closure) Production Machine Our preform injection machines are produced by KRAUSS MAFFEI ,Germany, one of the worlds leading manufacturers and the first producer of non- liner gas-tight bottle cap moulds in the world. Due to their compatibility with the majority of bottles and their high capability to maintain the gas in carbonated liquids such as soft drinks, the gas-tight non- liner caps are widely used by all reputable industries of this field globally.Among the prime advantages of these caps are easy recyclables, owing to the uniformity of their raw material, a quality which is of extreme importance, considering the importance of recyclables in the plastics industries.

Worthy to mention that due to consistency in consumption of the same raw materials and suitable master batches, the caps are highly compatible with different types of bottles and due to utilization of molds with high tech design and manufacture, the seal of the cap is easily breakable, causing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Pet Bottle Blowing Machine The blowing machines of Chemie Nasr Company are the product of the famous Polish manufacturer, DYNAPLAST, well known for its high capacity blow molding machines which is eloquent of their high tech design & manufacturing capabilities. With our new sets of moulds, supporting a variety of shapes & sizes, we are currently capable of meeting the requirements of the consumers of our products at a high capacity. Thanks to the high quality of our preforms and their compatibility with different blowing machines, we are capable of producing bottle with a lower weight and in the shortest possible time. Worthy to mention that due to utilization of special heat lamps & the production temperature and our choice of raw material, the acetaldehyde level for our products are much lower than the levels acceptable to standards.
